Position:                   Administrative Assistant

Location:                   444 Brickell Avenue, Suite 335 Miami, FL 33131

Pay structure:         Hourly

Pay Rate:                  $8 – $10 / hr.

Hours:                       8:30am thru 4:30pm

Basic skills & responsibilities:

• Proficient PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Rudimentary knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Maintain our social media exposure; Facebook and Twitter pages.
• Proficient web surfer who can compile industry research for various projects.
• Answering the switchboard and various other front reception duties.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Professional appearance.
